How quickly can you make me an offer?

In most cases I can give you an offer same day.  In some situations information that you give me during our first phone call about the property I will do my due diligence prior so I can give you the fairest offer possible.

What will you do with my property once you buy it?

When we purchase land we either find a retail buyer that is having a hard time finding good land on the MLS with the option for seller financing, or sell to a builder who will provide affordable housing to the community.

You sent me a purchase agreement, what is that?

I like to send you a letter introducing myself and along with it an a agreement to purchase your land with an official offer amount.  This is to display how serious we are to purchase your property and how we will serve you until closing.

How do I get paid for my property?

After you sign the purchase agreement I will submit it our title company so they can conduct a title search.  I will have my due diligence period to conduct any predetermined and/or agreed up inspections/tests.  Once the inspections are complete I will let you know and schedule a closing date with the title company at your convenience.  You will get paid either via wire or check or your choosing.
